What’s in a food parcel?

Our foodbank provides three days of nutritionally balanced, non-perishable food, as well as essential toiletries. We sometimes have fresh food, bread, etc where local businesses have donated it.
We will always have a conversation with you to discuss your preferences and if there are any other ways we can help you.
