Note to our Referral Agencies:
Please ensure that:
- Mutual clients have sufficient support in place over the holiday season, including any foodbank referrals needed – please refer clients in good time, so that they have the referrals they need and who where and when they can be used. Please be aware of our voucher redemption policies.
- Mutual clients know who to contact/speak to from your agency in case of your annual leave – please ensure they know how to access referrals to the foodbank in case of emergency, and can seek support from your referral agency without disruption.
